Horticultural Societies - Guide for Completing 2020 Annual Return & Grant Application

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, eligible horticultural societies received their one-time grant payment in the Fall.

Completing the Annual Return

In the new year horticultural societies will be able to submit a completed Annual Return using a new and improved submission process through TPON (Transfer Payment Ontario). To prepare for this, please check that your society is registered on TPON.

An email outlining the new and improved submission process with a detailed guide will be sent to every society in early 2021.

Annual General Meetings

Societies are required to hold an annual general meeting. Please ensure supporting documents are ready to submit with your return - Financial statements, Review Certificate (signed prior to AGM) and a list of incoming Executives and Directors.
