2011 Horticultural Society Annual Return & Grant Application

The 2011 Horticultural Society Annual Return and Grant Applications are now available.

The deadline is February 1, 2012.

Before you begin the submission process, please read the guide and checklist:

In addition, please have all documents completed including:

• audited financial statements
• list of officers and directors and their addresses
• audit certificate or a financial review by accounting professional

• Templates for Financial Statements (income statement, balance sheet and reconciliation of statements) (Word) (PDF)
  
• EFT form - Complete this form if you wish to receive your grant funds by direct deposit to your bank account. Societies only need to complete this form once, so if you have already submitted it, then it is not necessary to re-submit. Societies need to re-submit the EFT forms only if they have changed their banking information. (Word) (PDF)

New for 2011

The required documents (audited financial statements, list and addresses of directors and officers, audit certificate) can be attached to the on-line submission OR can be emailed or mailed to your Regional office

The Horticultural Society Annual Return and Grant Application can be downloaded in (Word) or (PDF) format, completed electronically or manually, and then submitted to the OMAFRA or MNDM office for your geographic area. The required documents can be emailed, faxed or mailed to your Regional office.
