The Alton Mill initiative is a partnership between The Alton Development Inc. and the Headwaters Arts Festival to convert a heritage stone mill complex into an arts-oriented tourism destination including art studios, a show gallery, and a specialty retail store and restaurant.  The creative arts studio will allow local artists and craftspeople to showcase their talents to the local community and tourists traveling through rural Ontario.
