Heart of the City; A Urban Core Revitalization for Cornwall ($262,000 over 3 years)

Date Announced: April 25, 2003

The Cornwall Downtown Business Improvement Association and the Economic Development Department of the City of Cornwall have developed a framework to revitalize the downtown, including the Cornwall Business District. This framework outline ways of increasing business such as bringing people downtown, improving the physical environment, and increasing residential housing.
