  • This Tobacco Yields Gold: 2012-13 Agri-Food Yearbook - This fourth edition of the OMAFRA-University of Guelph Partnership, Agri-Food yearbook is now available from the Partnership website. The Partnership is a significant contributor to innovation and competitiveness in Ontario’s agri-food industry, and the Yearbook profiles research and laboratory programs that reduce costs, improve quality & safety, and expands markets for Ontario products. Contact Robyn Meerveld (Research and Innovation Branch) if you would like a hard copy.
  • The second Emergency Management Research Expo was held December 7, 2012 at 1 Stone Road welcoming an audience of government, academia and industry stakeholders. The day showcased Emergency Management research and knowledge translation and transfer projects funded under the OMAFRA-UofG Partnership as well presentations by government on impacts of research to policy. Presentations from the 2012 Emergency Management Research Expo are now available on the University of Guelph website.

May 2013

  • The 11th annual Food Safety Research Forum will be held on May 9, 2013 in Guelph. The venue and preliminary agenda are coming soon.
  • Call for Posters - are you a researcher in Food Safety - Would you like to present your research at the 2013 Forum? The deadline for submission is March 27, 2013.
