Innovation never ends at this meat processing operation. By constantly improving their technology and machinery, the Stemmler brothers have made a thriving business of producing meat and cheese products that accommodate a variety of speciality diets including gluten-free, lactose-free, MSG-free and nitrate-free. People with food sensitivities come from all over Ontario to buy their products, and the company's reputation is global. In the past five years the Stemmlers have tripled their physical size and sales have grown equally. The Stemmlers have won numerous awards for their products and employ 40 local staff.
