Program Evaluation
The goal of any evaluation is to gather and provide useful feedback to a variety of stakeholders. Evaluations help OMAFRA determine how well a program or course is delivered, what the effectiveness of the program or course is, and what the impact on our clients and other stakeholders is. It helps to improve upon current programs and guide decision making when it comes to future programs. Depending upon the nature of the program or course, feedback from stakeholders is collected using a variety of different methods: online survey, face-to-face focus group sessions, evaluation form mail-outs, and/or telephone surveys. In order to eliminate the possibility of bias, third party organisations are often used to disseminate and collect the surveys and analyse the data. Evaluations not only help improve services, but also ensure we are delivering the right services. Certification Evaluation ProjectOnline Course Evaluation Project
