Broker's Certificate ExamThis exam qualifies successful candidates for the Broker's Certificate. The Broker's Certificate is required by businesses who receive, and transport, store or land apply prescribed materials for operations phased-in to the NMA. It is open to anyone who has completed the one-day Broker's Certificate course. A fee of $150 will be charged for writing the exam. LocationsVinelandTo RegisterTo register for the exam, please call the Nutrient Management Information Line at 1-866-242-4460. Reference and resource materials will be provided at the exam. Copies of the Nutrient Management Act, Regulation and Protocols will be provided. A passing grade on the exam is 70%. If an exam participant does not achieve a passing grade, they will not be granted a certificate. Should a Broker's Certificate candidate write the exam three times without achieving a passing grade, the candidate will have to re-take the course.
