Growing Herbs

Ontario's climate is suitable for a wide variety of culinary herbs, as well as medicinal and aromatic herbs. Some are perennial, some are annual and some are biennial. Most prefer full sunlight and will produce more scent and flavour if the soil is not too fertile.
