* The quick test that most laboratories use is an ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) test which provides relative indicators of mycotoxin in a sample.

** Laboratory Services, University of Guelph, uses high pressure liquid and gas chromatography (HPLC/GC) for the mycotoxin screen. The lab also offers analyses for individual mycotoxins.
