Bactoscan Test Results: 12 Month Averages

Table 1: Distribution of goat milk Bactoscan results for the period of July 2016 to June 2017. This table represents bacteria test results (using the Bactoscan) for regulatory goat milk samples (1 per month) collected from each dairy goat farm over the past 12 months. "%Compliant" figures represent the percentage of samples that met the regulatory standard of less than 321,000 ibc/mL. The columns of less than or equal to 100 (<= 100) ibc/mL illustrate that the majority of goat milk producers are shipping milk with very low bacterial levels
