Standard Plate Count Summary

Figures 1 and 2 are a summary of the regulatory testing of goat milk samples conducted once a month on a random basis. Results of additional testing conducted by goat milk producer groups is not represented. Although OMAF's goal is to test all licensed producers each month, due to constantly changing numbers of active producers, and sample transport limitations, it is nearly impossible to achieve 100% testing.
