Dairy Baseline Study
This dairy baseline study was conducted to help identify microbiological
and quality risks in raw goat milk. Study findings will help to determine
what kinds of quality standards (tests) are needed for goat milk,
and what are reasonable and attainable levels. The data collected
from the baseline study is currently being analyzed and summarized
