There are two existing adjacent lots, each with a dwelling. One lot is about six times the size of the other lot and is also the proposed site of a new livestock facility. There is an arrow running from the adjacent dwelling on one lot, to the nearest portion of the proposed livestock facility, on the other lot, representing the MDS II setback from the proposed livestock facility from the nearest neighbouring dwelling, that must be met, in order for the building permit for the proposed livestock facility to be issued.
