There is a proposal to re-designate land to the east of an existing livestock facility to include this area within an urban area. MDS I measurements for this proposal should be measured from the closest edge of the existing livestock facility to the closest boundary of the proposed re-designation as indicated by the arrow. In this case, the proposed urban area expansion meets the MDS I setback.
