There is a proposed new lot to the west, showing that the MDS I setback is measured from the closest portion of the livestock facility to the lot line of the proposed lot. There is a proposed new dwelling on an existing lot of record to the southwest. In this case, MDS I is measured from the closest portion of the livestock facility to the closest point of the proposed new dwelling. There is also an area proposed to be rezoned. In this case, MDS I is measured from closest part of the livestock facility to the nearest boundary of the proposed rezoning. In this example, the proposed new lot and the proposed re-zoning do not meet MDS I setbacks.
