A proposed anaerobic digester/co-substrate input tank must meet the following MDS II setbacks: 125 m from the nearest neighbour's dwelling on an adjacent lot; 125 m from the area zoned low intensity recreational across the road; 250 m from the urban area diagonally across the road; 13 m from the nearest lot line and 25 m from the nearest road allowance.
