In Huron-Kinloss - McGuinty Government Boosting Local Economic Development,
Creating Jobs
Ontario is helping the Township of Huron-Kinloss grow its local
economy by working with businesses and community groups to revitalize
its downtown core and create new jobs.
With support from Ontario's Rural
Economic Development Program, the Township is working with the
Lucknow and District Chamber of Commerce and the Ripley Business
Community to develop strategies to strengthen businesses and create
a more vibrant economic climate. This will help attract new businesses
and skilled workers to the area.
Building strong local economies are part of the McGuinty government's
plan to create jobs and opportunities that will grow the province's
economy.
