New Artisan Cheese Production In Stratford

Monforte Dairy Company Ltd. will retrofit its existing facility to increase current production and introduce new cheese products not made anywhere else in Canada.

The retrofit will improve efficiency and allow the introduction of new artisan goat, water buffalo, sheep and cow cheese products.   

Through the Rural Economic Development Program, Ontario is helping Monforte Dairy to retrofit its existing facility to house a Canadian Food Inspection Agency approved dairy and cheese processing plant.
