Prescott-Russell Dairy To Expand Cream Cheese Business

More high-quality cream cheese produced from cow and goat milk will soon be on sale in Ontario and Quebec.  

Provincial support is helping Skotidakis Goat Farm to:

  • create 10 new positions and continue to employ its current 45 employees
  • purchase and install fully automatic multi-size filling and wrapping equipment
  • produce and test new cream cheese bars
  • manufacture 30,000 cases of private label cream cheese bars for a major grocery chain in Ontario and Quebec
  • process 7 million additional litres of milk, increasing demand from Ontario dairy farmers
