Both these acts are administered by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). If the bees originate outside of Canada: Countries of Origin: These bees will be imported into Canada under a CFIA Import Permit. Copy of the CFIA Import Permit must be attached. The queen bees originate from mainland United States, the above named importer agrees to identify the colonies that the Queen Bees are established in and keep track of where they are located for a period of two years. The bees originate inside of Canada, but outside of Ontario, copy
of the original inspection report from the originating provincial government
authority must be attached. Inspections must have been completed within
a period of no more than 30 days from the date of entry into Ontario.
