Consultation on a Proposal for Animal Health Legislation for Ontario

To help boost the economic competitiveness of the agri-food sector, the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) has a proposal for legislation that would provide a broad framework for animal health and traceability initiatives in the province. 

If passed, the proposal for legislation would better protect animal health, public health, and the economy.
