For Food Processing Sector:

A Developing your Traceability Program workshop was held in Guelph on January 15, 2009. This workshop taught the basic elements of developing and implementing a traceability program for your operation. Participants also learned the steps to developing a traceability program and had the opportunity to develop some traceability elements specific to their facility.
