2. Advantage Guidebook V1.0* The guidebook
is a companion to the Advantage Program Manual. It offers practical advice
and examples to help your company meet the requirements of the program.

and help you train your staff. - Electronic Advantage HACCP
forms*. The 8 Advantage HACCP
forms in the program manual are available here in Word files. You can type
within the forms and save the files.
- Advantage Good Manufacturing
Practices DVD: Personnel Practices. This DVD is
a great tool for training plant employees. It is available in eight languages
including English, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese
and Traditional Chinese.
- Advantage Good Manufacturing Practices
training kit. This customizable kit helps food processors train employees
on Good Manufacturing Practices. It includes visual aids, trainer's notes, participant's
workbooks and workbooks with answers. To purchase your copy, please complete one
of the order forms below and return it to the Alliance of Ontario Food Processors
(AOFP). You'll find instructions on the order form.

There is a charge for the Advantage Good Manufacturing Practices
training kit. All other resources are free of charge to Ontario residents. To
order any of these materials, contact OMAFRA for your copy.
