Food Safety Training

The ministry offers numerous food safety workshops for food processors in the province. The following workshops were offered from September 2008 to January 2009.

  • An Introduction to the Advantage Series of Food Safety Programs™
  • Developing your Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Program
  • Developing your Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Program
  • Preparing for an Advantage Certification Audit
  • Developing your Traceability Program

Can't find a workshop to suit your needs? Let us know! We will add new workshops on other topics based on demand.
