About Ontario's Advantage program
The ministry developed the Advantage Series of Food Safety Programs to address food safety from farm to fork. These programs establish a standardized approach for everyone in Ontario's agri-food industry.
This series is based on industry best practices and internationally recognized Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles. All programs are voluntary.
