In the commodity marketing regulations for Ontario grown asparagus, grapes, potatoes, tender fruit and processing vegetables, the Commission requires that processors of the commodity obtain a licence from the Commission before beginning or continuing to process the raw commodity. Similarly, seed corn dealers must be licenced by the Commission.

Processor/Dealer Licence Application Forms:
Note: Only the fruits and vegetables listed on the application form requires a processor licence from the Farm Products Marketing Commission.
Note: A processor of any type of tender fruit who processes less than 907.2 kilograms (one short ton) of the tender fruit in a calendar year is not required to obtain a processor licence.
