In the commodity marketing regulations for Ontario grown asparagus, grapes, potatoes, tender fruit and processing vegetables, the Commission requires that processors of the commodity obtain a licence from the Commission before beginning or continuing to process the raw commodity. Similarly, seed corn dealers must be licenced by the Commission.

Note only the fruits and vegetables listed on the application form requires a processor licence from the Farm Products Marketing Commission.
