Precautions

  • Apply when the legumes are in the 1-4 trifoliate stage.
  • Use ONLY if cereals are underseeded to alfalfa, bird's foot trefoil, alsike or ladino clover and grasses.
  • Apply in 150-200 L/ha (60-80 L/ac) water.
  • Wild mustard plants are not usually controlled if sprayed when they are beyond the 4-leaf stage.
  • Red clover will be damaged by 2,4-DB.

  • The lower rate may not kill ragweed.
