Postemergence Grass and Broadleaf Herbicides

Gramoxone
Trade Name
Active Ingredient paraquat
Formulation 200 g/L
Rate per hectare (active) 0.6 to 1.1 kg/ha
Rate per hectare (product) 3 to 5.5 L/ha
Rate per acre (product) 1.2 to 2.2 L/ac

Precautions

  • Apply in 300-1100 L/ha (120-440 L/ac) water. Use the higher volume of water on dense weed growth.
  • Apply to weed seedlings before asparagus tips appear or after the last cutting.
  • Do NOT apply to emerged spears which are to be used for human consumption.
