The "Precautions with Pesticides" chapter in OMAFRA crop production recommendation publications has been revised and can be found under Pesticide Application and Safety, on the OMAFRA website at www.ontario.ca/crops. The requirements of the cosmetic pesticides ban are detailed in Regulation 63/09 made under the Pesticides Act. Regulation 63/09 replaces Regulation 914.
