Delayed-Federal Organic Regulations

The Organic Products Regulations are being amended to change the coming-into-force date from December 14, 2008 to June 30, 2009. This amendment responds to industry stakeholders' request to extend the transition period of the regulations, originally scheduled to end on December 14, 2008, to June 30, 2009.
