Access to Pasture Rule for Organic Livestock (USDA NOP Proposed)

The "access to pasture" standards are always widely debated in organic standards and implementation, especially as they apply to large livestock operations. Recently the USDA National Organic Program released it proposed rule on the topic. Details of this are posted on the Northeast Organic Dairy Producer Association (NODPA) website.
