Health Check Criteria

The Health Check criteria published by the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada are based on Canada's Food Guide. As a result of updates to the Food Guide, Health Check has revised its criteria accordingly - with a number of changes. Licensees who need to reformulate their product(s) have until December 28th, 2009 to meet the new criteria. All new products entering the program must reflect the new criteria immediately.
