service committees and minor use commodity liaison committees.
* Eligibility:
- URMULE = User Requested Minor Use Label Expansion; product already
available in Canada on other commodities
- URMUR = User Requested Minor Use Registration; product not registered
in Canada yet, but available for same use in USA or EU.
- Other = Is not eligible for either of the above
- Cat. A = Registrant submission
** Justifications:
- No pest control product registered to control this pest (insect, disease,
weed)
- New introduced or invasive pest problem
- Old technology (organophosphate, carbamate, EBDC, etc.) replacement
- Resistance management tool/IPM strategy tool
- Reduced risk, biopesticide, pheromone or GRAS (generally regarded
as safe) product
- Export crop with need for harmonized pest control options and MRLs/tolerances
- New crop
