Other = Is not eligible for either of the above

No pest control product registered to control this pest (insect, disease, weed)
New introduced or invasive pest problem
Old technology (organophosphate, carbamate, EBDC, etc.) replacement
Resistance management /IPM strategy tool
Reduced risk, biopesticide, pheromone or GRAS (generally regarded as safe) product
Export crop with need for harmonized pest control options and crop tolerances
