various services committees and minor use commodity liaison committees.

** Justifications:
- No pest control product registered to control this pest (insect,
disease, weed)
- New introduced or invasive pest problem
- Old technology (organophosphate, carbamate, EBDC, etc.) replacement
- Resistance management tool/ IPM strategy tool
- Reduced risk, biopesticide, pheromone or GRAS (generally regarded
as safe) product
- Export crop with need for harmonized pest control options and
MRLs/tolerances
- New crop
