This is a picture of Anthracnose. Anthracnose has distinctly round lesions present anywhere on the fruit, with orange-brown-black spore masses, and is never fluffy.

Leather rot lesions are indistinct and it is associated with a foul odour. Botrytis lesions are usually associated with the calyx, and are covered in fluffy grey-beige spores.

Botrytis - Brownish grey lesion on fruit near calyx with  grey-white fungal growth. Leather Rot - Fruit with lesions that is not distinct, somewhat soft and dull pink
