Test Your Knowledge- Brassica

Diseased broccoli exhibiting yellow spots on the upper leaf surface

Is this disease...?

That’s Right!

This is a picture of downy mildew. Both downy mildew and Alternaria produce yellow spots on the upper leaf surface. To distinguish the two, flip over the leaf. Downy mildew will have corresponding greyish-white fungal growths on the underside.
